Unusual man made images on stones, mostly 3/4 profiles and birds, in Coyote Springs, Prescott Valley, Yavapai County, Arizona. Some call them figure stones.

Where were they found?
In Prescott Valley, Arizona. In the middle of the valley, in yellow grassland and tumbleweeds, surface finds. Cattle ground. No pottery sherds, no petroglyphs, no stone walls nearby. But yes to those in all the mountains around.
Nadia, Great start to what will be a very interesting and intriguing journey! And yes, what we've (mostly you) found so far are "Not Just Rocks!" There are too many that have the same features and shapes to be made by naturally as some have suggested. Way too many!!! I feel so honored to be part of this journey with you. Thank you so much for including me in your quest to find answers and to just sit with these amazing stones. Cathi
Thank you, Cathi. You are right. It is an interesting and intriguing journey. Facing something that is unknown, one has to stretch one's mind and that's the adventure. Your timely participation is like a lantern in the middle of a foggy storm.
